21 Nguni Way is our biggest commercial project to date with stringent deadlines and high quality control being on top of the list of challenges.

The massive factory complex was designed and completed by us in little over 9 months from inception to hand over. The property itself was a former manufacturing yard for concrete products and was split into 2 levels.

This added to the geographic challenges in that the client required level areas for loading and offloading of liquid materials. Our Green Goal contributions were many, including the recycling of building materials from the demolished building to the harvesting of rain water through a massive water storage facility.
