Designed and build by David Baker, this 4 bedroomed home in the picturesque Greenvale Village housing estate was completed in  just 4.5 months.

The design was restricted by a stringent set of estate guidelines. Nonetheless, the 2 storey building stands proud at the crest of the estate and seems to suck in the vast landscape of the Shongweni valley sprawling  below. The open plan lounge/dinng/kitchen area is broken by the all-timber staircase that gently ascends to the floor above where 3 of the 4 bedrooms face the views and the valley below.
