The building is located within the indigenous grounds of Cotswold Downs Golfing Estate. The site itself is adjacent to the t-box on the 13th green, lending itself to a home that captures the superb views over the golf course. The building is split into 3 entities by a graceful double volume glazed entrance area. The garage and domestic areas are connected to the main structure via a covered steel and timber walkway. A 2nd walkway also leads the visitor to the entrance area and seemingly pierces the glazed entrance hall to continue into the outdoor entertainment deck on the north eastern side of the building.
