The client has a successful engineering plant in Hammarsdale, KZN. Due to gaining international interest in the company, Dynamic Automation approached Baker and Partners to design a new showroom and warehouse in Gauteng for future trade exhibitions.

The brief was open but requested that half of the total warehouse area could be sub-letted to future tenants. The architectural aesthetic suggests a contemporary intervention to break the monotony of a standard commercial structure.
